Already using Tally? Open the Pro screen, tap Have a code?, then Redeem an App Store offer code.

Apple checks the code and applies the offer. When a free period ends, Tally Pro renews at the price the App Store shows unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. This page sends your code to Apple and nowhere else.
